All warranty and seasonal tyre services are paid by Taggart car rental anywhere in the Czech republic, under simple condition that you should ALWAYS inform us about oil services, other services or any technical issues you have with the car.Answer:
Just like fuel or windshield washer fluid, the renter is also required to regularly check other operating fluids and refill them as needed. The costs associated with refilling operating fluids required for the regular operation of the vehicle are covered by the renter. The only exception is motor oil, which is included as part of the vehicle's standard equipment provided by us.Answer:
Our partner service centers are required to complete standard maintenance inspections and oil changes within a few hours, so you will usually have your car back the same day and a replacement vehicle is not necessary. However, if due to manufacturer requirements (e.g. software updates or recall actions) the service takes longer than 24 hours, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement vehicle for the duration of the service, which can be collected at our branch. To help us plan everything smoothly, please schedule the service request in advance according to your vehicle’s notifications (typically the first alert appears 30 days or about 1,500 km before the service is due). If the service is reported late or the interval is exceeded, unfortunately no entitlement to a replacement vehicle arises, even if the service takes longer.
